How do I check my night messages?

1. Press the button that (should be) labelled Night Msg on your reception handset/
2. Enter your password and follow the on screen prompts.

How do I record my night/day message?

1. Dial 500
2. Enter the mailbox number(this can be found by pressing the i (information) key followed by the button where you retrieve your messages, this will give you a 3 digit mailbox number).
3. Enter the password
4. Dial 9, 1, 1
5. Record message
6. #, #

How do I change my pre announcement message?

1. From the main reception handset (4039) press the left arrow across to the menu tab,
2. Select Operator,
3. Enter operator password (default is help1954),
4. Select Expert,
5. Select Voice
6. Select Hold Music,
7. Choose which message you need to record over (4 to choose from, usually number 1)
8. Press record,
9. Press record and say your message
10. Press stop then OK to save

How do I record my general mailbox message?

1. From the main reception handset (4039) press the left arrow across to the menu tab,
2. Select Operator,
3. Enter operator password (default is help1954),
4. Select Expert,
5. Scroll down, select Voice mail
6. Scroll down, select Gen mailbox
7. Press record,
8. Press record and say your message
9. Press stop then OK to save

How do I reset someone’s voice mail password?

1. From the main reception handset (4039) press the left arrow across to the menu tab,
2. Select Operator,
3. Enter operator password (default is help1954),
4. Select subscriber
5. Enter the extension number of the person you wish to reset
6. Press pwd reset
7. Select OK

How do I change the time/date?

1. From the main reception handset (4039) press the left arrow across to the menu tab,
2. Select Operator,
3. Enter operator password (default is help1954),
4. Select Time/Date
5. Enter the correct details then press OK.

How do I change a handset’s name?

1. From the main reception handset (4039) press the left arrow across to the menu tab,
2. Select Operator,
3. Enter operator password (default is help1954),
4. Select subscriber
5. Enter the extension number of the handset you wish to change
6. Select Name
7. Modify as required then press OK

How to record a personal message?

1. From the default screen press the left arrow key.
2. Press Settings
3. Press Mailbox
4. Press Pers Greeting
5. Press Record
6. Record your greeting then press stop
7. When asked on screen to confirm, press the OK button to save.

How to setup mailbox password (First Time)

1. Push the flashing mailbox button.
2. You will be prompted to enter a 4 digit password.  It cannot be 0000 or 1234.
3. Press # to confirm.

How to change operator password

1. From the operator handset, press the left arrow.
2. Press Operator
3. Type in the old operator password (default = help1954)
4. Press OK
5. Press Expert
6. Press the down arrow
7. Press Password
8. Enter the old operator password (default = help1954)
9. Press OK
10. Enter the new password (12345678)
11. Press Ok
12. Enter the new password (12345678)
13. Press Ok
14. Press the call drop button.
