IP Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) - automates interactions with telephone callers across your IP networked sites. Customers can use a touch-tone telephone to interact with your database to either acquire information from or enter data into it.

IP Unified Message System (UMS) - helps manage fax, email and voice mail messages in a single mailbox across your IP network. By unifying message administration, it saves time and cost, enhances business productivity and makes mail management simple and efficient.

The OfficeServ 7200 pbx architecture uses Samsung Proprietary IP Networking (SPNet)

which networks over a WAN up to 50 OfficeServ pbx systems across multiple locations. Using multi-site networking you effectively create one giant PBX solution. This means sites have access to advanced call routing that allows incoming calls to be distributed between sites or specific individuals if required at a granular level. Calls can even be forwarded instantly to the nearest office based on caller ID and DDi information presented. With multiple sites you can also centralise advanced features like UMS, IVR and more which can reduce the implementation costs and effectively share resources.
