The Alcatel 4020 premium reflex phone is part of the previous phone handset range and was designed for managers/ executives. There was also the larger reception model (Alcatel 4035 Advanced Reflex phone) as well as the basic Alcatel 4010 Easy Reflex phone. The 4020 was replaced by the Alcatel 4029 Phone Handset . Used 4020 premium handsets are still available at the itelecom online store.
The Alcatel 4020 premium reflex phone allow users to enjoy all the robust features of a fully complemented PC telephony system and is perfect for most everyday users. You need to ensure that you have an Alcatel Omni PCX phone system, or the Alcatel 4200 pbx for the handsets to operate.
