No Colour Display

Whilst the J179 boasts a colour display, the J169 uses greyscale. The colour display is easier on the eyes and so you can navigate the pages more easily. However, we have found that many of our customers do not mind using a grayscale display as it poses no real difficulty to them.

Does not Support Bluetooth

Without the ability to support a bluetooth headset, you cannot walk around handsfree on the call whilst maintaining the privacy the headset offers you. With the target audience in mind, this would not pose a problem as they work across many different communication systems and can still plug in a headset whilst using their computer. However, more dynamic workers will miss the ability to talk on-the-move.
