With so many ways of communicating, if can become confusing and stressful having to juggle multiple communication streams over multiple devices. You can bring all of your communications into one place with the T56A, as the Android 5.1.1 operating system allows you to install third party apps such as Skype and Zoom.
Multiple Headset Options
Gone is the need to have a special headset just for your phone handset, with Bluetooth it means you can now easily get a headset that will easily work with your handset & mobile phone. One headset, multiple phones. Or you still have lots of connectivity options to connect headsets via USB or the headset port, giving you the choice of nearly any headset on the market.
No Complicated New Wiring Needed
Whether your office setup is closed doors, open plan or somewhere in between, the T56A can work with your office. No matter where the internet cables are in your office you can easily connect your handset using only the WiFi and power cable.
Easy Handset Power Options
No need to wire in new power points to add a headset to your desk, if you have an existing Ethernet point at your desk, your handset can power itself using that connection, using its power over ethernet (PoE) technology.
Alternatives To The Yealink T56A?
There are plenty of telecommunications systems on the market that are suited to executive users, so it is important that you research and find the system best suited to your needs. The difference between the phone system and the handsets is that although the handsets are of course an important factor, they are essentially keyboards for the phone system itself. The phone system is where a lot of the features and functionality stem from. Therefore, it is important that you first choose a phone system that suits your needs, and then choose the handset that you want to work with that system.
The Yealink handsets are best paired with the SpringCom Hosted phone system. With SpringCom Hosted, the whole phone system exists in the cloud rather than installing a physical hardware box and wiring in your office to run your phone system.
Handsets are delivered pre-programmed and come with free programming changes for life- therefore, the system is completely scalable and so can grow with the business. An incredible feature system also comes as standard, with features such as call flow, auto-attendant, calling waiting and voicemail to email technology. Voicemail to email technology is especially beneficial for managers and executives, as it allows the you to access their voicemail from their email wherever you have access to an internet connection on your computer or mobile phone.
One alternative to the T56A handset, is the Yealink T58A. A step above the T56A, it has all of the features and functionality yet also includes the ability to use a removable HD video camera enabling video calls and conferencing.
