Just like the contact list on your mobile phone. This means you can have all your external numbers that you call every day, saved straight into a central directory. Storing all your numbers into the directory means you don&#8217;t have to type someone&#8217;s number every time you call them. Also, it means everyone who needs the numbers can access them in a central place.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of the type of speed dials we and others store in the directory are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Customers<\/li>\n<li>Out of Hours Numbers for Staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below is a guide of how to give us all the information we need to pre-program your directory when we install a phone system for you.<\/p>\n<h2>Directory Spreadsheet To Add Contacts To iPECS Phone Directories \/ Speed Dials<\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1 &#8211; Download the iPECS Speed Dial Spreadsheet<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/iPECS-Speed-dials-2.xls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download the iPECS Speed Dial Spreadsheet here.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Step 2 &#8211; Add The Names &amp; Numbers<\/h3>\n<p>When filling in the spreadsheet you only need to fill out two of the columns for each contact you want in your directory: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1688\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/iPECS-Speed-Dial-Spreadsheet-Example.jpg\" alt=\"Example Of A Spreadsheet To Setup A iPECS Speed Dial Directory\" width=\"1696\" height=\"1184\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First is the &#8216;<strong>Speed Name<\/strong>&#8216;, this is the name of the person you want to appear in the directory. E.g. &#8216;Jason Bourne&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Second is the &#8216;<strong>Phone Number<\/strong>&#8216; column, this is the column for the phone number.<\/p>\n<p>The phone number should start with 0 or 1 and have no spaces in it for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0422333444<\/li>\n<li>0388889999<\/li>\n<li>1300123123<\/li>\n<li>1800123123<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You do not need to edit any other columns in the form.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 3 \u2013 Upload The Completed Directory Spreadsheet Back To The Infiniti Support Team<\/h3>\n<p>Having completed the spreadsheet please go to the link provided in your email and upload the file as directed.<\/p>\n<p>It is also good practice to keep the final copy after you have uploaded it, just in case you have any last-minute ideas of contacts you want to add to the directory.
