Fantastic Service!! ... we made contact with Infiniti Telecommunications last year around September, and they quickly put some quotes together for our needs.. Excellent prices etc.. We decided to wait until the new year, and when the new year 2018, came around, well things changed.. our old Cisco system decided to fail, so we had no phone system at all... I quickly contacted Gareth from Infiniti Telecommunications, and what should and would normally take 2-3 weeks to assemble and setup a new system, Infiniti Telecommunications sent a Tech (Scott) down the following day with all the gear, as per our adjusted quote.. All the guys and girls at Infiniti Telecommunications were fantastic.. Scott was absolutely fantastic... Scott was fun and extremely knowledgeable, nothing was too hard, he had us up and running within around 6 hours with the new system... He made changes on the fly.. Again... nothing was too hard for him... What a great team... They were very prompt in supplying us with information and guides for our staff... Infinity Property Agents engaged Infiniti Telecommunications to replace our existing phone system with a more comprehensive and robust system. We required a system that would grow with our business, was costs effective for a small business and would be easy to use.
